Collegiate Order Form

Please complete the following steps to order your Collegiate Care Package.

• Step 1: Choose a Care Package. You may select one or more than one. 

• Step 2: Complete the message card. 

• Step 3: Submit your order. Include your message card and submit payment. Once we receive your order, we'll send a confirmation email, confirming your order. 

You may also customize all packages with the school's logo. Additional charges apply!
